Sunday - May 12, 2024

Chilly 39 degrees at 5:00, it was clear last night. It was cloudy and cool all day. Today is Mother's Day and it is a bittersweet one for my sister and I. We lost our Mom in January. We did have a get together BBQ yesterday and today I took my wife out for lunch at the Asian Restaurant in Peterborough.

In the early afternoon I had the opportunity to play some tunes with friends at the Temple Town Hall. I was't very prepared or I would have practiced the Merle Haggard song "Mama Tried".
