On this Day - October 6, 2012

Judging from the political lawn signs, one would think that there are no Democrats in the town of New Ipswich, NH. However there are a few, and occasionally they get together to meet the candidates. This happened at an event held by Woody Meiszner at his home on this date in 2012.

Annie Kuster was a featured guest speaker at this event. She was running for re-election to the US House of Representatives, an election that she won in 2012. She running for re-election in 2022.

This is a "throwback" post from ten years ago, but the issues facing our country are even more dire now than then, I am one with the belief that our very democracy is at risk from a slate of extremists. In November, please vote for competent people who will protect our freedoms and have a belief in democratic norms.
