Snatum Kaur Album Beloved was  nominated for  a Grammy Award for "Best New Age Album 2019".   I would recommend giving the album a listen. The term "New Age" is meaningless, this album is actually collection of sacred music suitable for yoga and mediation.   I learned from Snatum's  website of a monthly "Kirtans with Anahata" held on the third Friday of the month from 6:30 - 8:30 at the Unitarian Univeralist Church at 25 Main Street, Peterborough, NH. A  Kirtan is a devotional song and Anahata is a sacred music band from Peterborough, NH.

The chants are easy to sing and are done in call and response accompanied by guitar, harmonium, tabla drums and a clarinet. Chanting calms the mind and body.
