Pasta with Sausage, Spinach & Tomatoes

I've been busy trying different recipes using my Instant Pot pressure cooker and this pasta dish was easy to prepare and quite tasty. The recipe does not call for exotic ingredients and preparation is very simple. I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of slicing the sausage into bite size chunks instead of removing them from the casing and adding some sliced carrots.

I've been printing out my favorite recipes to create a  personal cookbook. I've created a Pinterest board called My Instant Pot Cookbook with a few recipes that were successful.
