Veterans Day 2024

A Family of Veterans

My father, uncles and aunt served in WWII. My cousin and I both served in the Navy. Another of my cousins served in the army. I come from a family of veterans. I spent the morning visiting the New Ipswich Museum of History which has an extensive collection of artifacts of people who have served this country from 1600 to 1945. I spoke with the owner, Scott Kraska who showed us several new artifacts related to  civil war veterans from New Ipswich.

Fire Department Luncheon

Thank you New Ipswich Fire Department for hosting a delicious luncheon at the Fire House. I had the opportunity to chat with some of the local veterans. I took the opportunity to take some pictures and even had one taken of me.The Fire Department honored some of their own members too in this Facebook posting.
